ARROWHEAD: Drone's eye view of Nestlé's Strawberry Creek siphon source in the San Bernardino Mountains. Nestlé is actually tapping 12 different springs above the once flowing Strawberry Creek. Although their permit expired in 1988, they continue to pay the trivial amount of $524 per year to siphon off millions of gallons per month, without scrutiny or state regulation. On October 15, 2015 a lawsuit was filed against the US Forest Service for failing to renew the permit or evict Nestlé from the mountainside.
